Crafted from a blend of kimchi, tofu, and savory seasonings, these delectable siomai feature a tantalizing filling wrapped in a traditional mandu wrapper. Complementing this flavorful creation is a dipping sauce crafted from soy sauce infused with a refreshing splash of calamansi.
